Our Support Desk and associated services are available to our Customers from 08.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. This excludes Bank Holidays in England and Wales.
As we only employ technical experts to man our Support Desk, you can be sure that you'll be speaking with someone who can deal with, diagnose and implement a solution to your problem or query.
Our technical experts are eager to work with you to maximise the business benefits which you will enjoy using eVO Platform products. Therefore, we encourage you to discuss any issues or ideas you may have with us. We seek to continually improve and develop the eVO Platform so that it meets your business needs both now and in the future.
