Horizon, StatMap’s web-based workflow-centric case management system, is built upon the concept of web-based and cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) needing to be 'out of the box' - yet highly configurable - where clients are provided with everything from a single cutting-edge advanced web-based server application platform. In this way, clients can eliminate maintenance overheads and manual processes.

Utilising common JavaScript-enabled internet browser clients, without downloads or plugins, users can access Horizon case management system modules from any location - so enabling true mobile working. It is limitlessly scalable, as it is genuinely an advanced web-based application server technology (HTTPS) - and not a Remote Desktop Client or VPN connected hosted desktop software masquerading as ‘web’ / ‘cloud’ technology.

Horizon dispenses with the out-moded concept of using many suppliers to provide different elements of a case management system. We provide everything from one platform, so you’re not left wondering which supplier is responsible for which function, and so removing the potential for conflicting suppliers refusing to take responsibility for any issues which might arise in the interaction between different systems. We take care of everything!

Being built upon StatMap's own proprietary web technology platform, eVO technology platform, uniquely Horizon provides all component parts of the case management system. All components are part of the single web-based eVO technology platform and delivered via a standard internet browser client. This includes:

  • Advanced fully integrated GIS functionality - using the same advanced tools available within the enterprise Earthlight GIS, but within Horizon, enables us to provide a seamless and unique spatial editing and analysis capability;

  • National OS MasterMap hosted managed service - managed by StatMap;

  • Hosted and managed OS PSGA mapping and addressing services (LLPG and OS AddressBase Premium);

  • StatMap is an official OS Business Partner, so provides all OS product services fully integrated into the service (and at no additiona cost);

  • Integration with third party services, such as Planning Portal, NLIS, HM Land Registry, etc.

  • Integration with a wide range of payment systems / engines to enable seamless acceptance of payments and receipting

  • Creating and generating documents and e-mails;

  • In-built advanced Electronic Document Management System (EDMS);

  • Managing document templates (.docx) and e-mail templates.

  • Advanced integrated browser based reporting tools - negating the need to utilise third-party applications for generating reports and statistics for user-defined periods (including all statutory reporting).

  • Ready integration with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI).

  • Dedicated Mobile solutions for use off-line, allowing access to documents, case records, etc. even when outside of areas with mobile phone coverage.

All of Horizon’s modules are available to purchase directly via the Government’s G-Cloud framework (currently version 13), via the Digital Marketplace.

Additionally, they are also available via the RM6259 procurement framework Vertical Application Solutions (VAS).
